About datastats
datastats tracks the topics, brands and public figures people are searching for right now — and answers the questions they actually ask, in four languages.
Our editorial process
Every page starts from real search demand: the questions people type into Google (People Also Ask, related searches). We answer them against sourced, verified facts, with editorial oversight focused on accuracy and neutrality — especially for pages about real people. We prioritise freshness, covering trending topics while they matter, and we update or correct pages as the facts evolve.
How the Signal metrics work
The scores, momentum curves and regional interest shown across datastats are a modeled trend index, computed deterministically from each topic. They are not measured analytics or third-party audience figures; they are meant to convey relative interest at a glance. The editorial content, the context and the answers, is based on sourced, verified facts.
